Squidoo lenses are now under the microscope and have countless scores of lense builders, participants, and especially affiliate marketers in a frenzy or stir.  This is particularly true for those who use Squidoo, this free to use internet service for advertising, in order to merchant their affiliate sites or products. 

So what's all of the hoopla about over there at Squidoo anyway?  Well, apparently, Squidoo is cracking down on and has included as a supplement in their current TERMS OF SERVICE, that any lense which they may consider to be or may even classify as the following could possibly face a speedy removal:

• JUNK style junkie or those consisting of junk related or grossly irrelevent topics.
• SPAM that I am--- have to go in the garbage disposal.
• X-RATED or PORN is out the Squidoo door with all of its filthiness.
• COPYCAT or PLAGIARIZED work shall be NO MORE.

Therefore, with the extremely and ever-so popular Squidoo placing their users and thus lenses under the microscope for close inspection, affiliates will have to take extra caution and care not to crowd numerous links on their page.  Therefore, I would suggest, as I have learned and faced the penalty myself too, is to only include on your lense 2 affiliate links at the most.  Anything more, might send up a red flag and send your specially created lense packing, and out of Squidoo's door.  So my best advice would be to you, to FOLLOW THE BIG SQUID'S RULES, so that you can keep on promoting your business with this very popular, powerful and yes free online network and resource!!!
